Refunds for non-damaged or non-defective non-digital items cannot be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge to you. Please contact us via our contact form within 30 days of arrival to report the issue. We may ask that you provide photo(s) of the item(s).
